We keep this short because we keep data collection short.

What we collect

• Server logs (IP address, user agent, page requested) kept for 14 days for security and debugging.

• Aggregate page-view counts per article. No cookies are set for this.

• When you click a partner link, we record the link, the article it was on, the day, your country (from Cloudflare) and device type. No IP address is stored with that click.

• Your email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email.

Third parties

Embedded videos (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Vimeo) load only after you press play; at that point the provider's own privacy policy applies. If analytics is enabled on this site it is listed here: none at the moment.
